We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada & Australia.
- US Orders: 4-6 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia: 6–10 business days
- You'll receive tracking info once your order is fulfilled.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Shape Panda purchase.
If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Email us at care@shapepanda.com with your order number and reason
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and process a refund (excluding shipping fees) within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, don’t worry!
Just email us at care@shapepanda.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right — no questions asked.
